FlixBus Toronto London recent customer reviews
I booked my flixBus ticket with the option of wifi internet and paid extra amount just to use internet while my journey. I came straight from airport with no Mobile connection. Fully depend on bus internet not for my work but also to book a Uber cab from bus stand to my home and letting my family members know. I was not expecting this kind of service from flixBus. Really disappointed. I will be sharing this on My Twitter too.
The service itself was great, but the instructions on finding the stop at Pearson was terrible. The. Worst. Took us 45 minutes to find it.
My power outlet did not work, and there was no obvious sign for the wifi password or how to access it. I think my bus driver got lost. He initially missed the exit on the highway, and then took a really round about way to get to my stop.
The service is admired for ensuring every passenger's safety on board. Customers appreciate the good service and great drivers, although some mention slight delays in bus schedules.
ONEXBUS Toronto London recent customer reviews
Only issue was finding the pick-up location at Pearson. Better signage would help. The trip was otherwise great.
Bus was supposed to arrive at 3 45 pm but it literally came after 1 hour , around 4 40 . That is too much 1 hour delay.
First. I came from outside Canada. The bus was 30 minutes late and we need to wait. But one moth ago, we where 7 minutes late because the airplane was late a little and I loose the money for 2 travelers and the Company didn't accept and wait a little.
Users have praised IntercityBus Service for its punctuality, excellent drivers, and clean buses with friendly staff. However, some mentioned discrepancies between the app location and ticket information. Overall, it's recommended for a convenient and reliable transportation experience from Toronto to London.
Intercity bus Toronto London recent customer reviews
I recently had the pleasure of using IntercityBus Service for my trip from Toronto to London, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the ease of booking to the comfort of the ride, IntercityBus Service exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I appreciated the real-time updates on bus timings from their Customer Service Rep., ensuring I never missed my ride. Once on board, the comfort and cleanliness of the buses were remarkable. The seats were comfortable, and the interior was well-maintained. What truly sets IntercityBus Service apart, however, is its reliability. Buses consistently arrived on time, if not a few minutes early, which helped me plan my day effectively. The drivers were courteous and professional, making the journey pleasant and stress-free. Overall, my experience with IntercutyBus Service was excellent. From booking to arrival, everything ran smoothly, and I felt confident in the service's reliability. I highly recommend IntercityBus Service to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and reliable mode of transportation
My trip was canceled by the Intercity Bus Company due to breakdown- horrible experience!! After waiting for almost 2 hrs, and a phone call to the depot, I found email in my junk mail saying, sorry no bus trip today! Aweful!!
The bus did not arrive on time. I waited for 40 minutes and then took a bus from another company. I tried to call the office but nobody picked up the call.
According to customer reviews, the bus service offers a relaxing and comfortable experience with Wi-Fi and a quiet environment. However, some customers mentioned slight delays, uncertainty about the location, and missing electricity on board as areas for improvement. The driver was reported as friendly in all reviews.

Bus very loud mechanically
Bus was slightly late and I was not sure that I was in the right place. Bus did not have electricity like stated in the ticket. Driver was friendly
Relaxing, Comfortable, Wi-Fi, Quiet.
Customers appreciate the simple check-in process and comfortable seats. However, there are consistent complaints about the bus being late for pick-up and arriving in London 1.5 hours behind schedule. Some suggest finding less congested routes to avoid delays. Additionally, some passengers mention a lack of outlets on the bus as an inconvenience during their journey. On a separate note, other customers report that despite affordable fares and quick travel times, they experienced noisy conditions with unpleasant odors from onboard toilets."
Book A Ride Toronto London recent customer reviews
Bus did not show up. Or did not park where shown in the ticket. Had to book another bus casing a further two hours delay.
My bus got delayed for over an hour and upon trying to contact support for clarification, no one answered the chat box after 1 hour of waiting and no email correspondence, nor a phone line. Bus was not parked where it was supposed to and logo was not on the bus either.
Very poor. The first bus I took to Toronto came not only late, it skipped over the designated pickup location. It later came back on the other side of the road. The bus that I booked for going back to London actually got canceled for "unforseen" reason. So I had to book a different bus. I am very disappointed with Book a Ride.
